When do we know that the reservation is permanently blocked?

Can I cancel my stay?
The cancellation conditions are defined in the internal regulations of the property concerned.
What time is the chek-in?
Arrival times must be defined with your reception agent one week before your reception.

Can we host people during our stay?
Absolutely! From the moment when the number of occupants does not exceed the maximum indicated on the contract and that your guests are notified. Please note: being overcrowded in your property immediately cancels the rental!
Should we collect the keys from the agency?
No, we are waiting for you on site at the agreed time, in order to assess the situation together and tell you how your place of stay works.
Are animals accepted?
It depends on the rental conditions of the property in question.
Is linen included in the rental?
This depends on the rental property, in the rules of procedure, it will be indicated if the linen is included in the rental price or if it is offered to you in addition.
I found the villa on another website at a different price, why?
There are several answers to this question:

Can I offer my accommodation if I am not the sole owner?
You can propose it via our website, but beware, if you are in joint possession, the signature of each co-owner will be necessary.
When should I offer my accommodation to the agency?
We recommend you to start the process with us as soon as possible. However, for last-minute departures, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution together and that we can, if possible, take your rental property.
Does my accommadation have the qualities required to be rented?We study all your accommodation. Our selection depends on certain criteria which we assess together on site.
Can my accommodation be refused?
It is possible yes, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation if it does not meet out criteria (location, size, configuration, obsolescence....)
Am I guaranteed to receive a response?
We respond to all announcements sent to us, whether positive or negative.
What should I do if I cannot offer my accommodation?If you cannot send the form from our website, check that you have filled in all the required fields. When and how will my rent be paid to me?
Even if a deposit is paid at the time of booking and the balance of the payment is cashed before the arrival of the tenant, the owner will receive the funds when the tenant arrives on his account.
